just a quick hello

I just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone. We're busy getting ready to go to San Jose on Wednesday for our first show of the season. I have new skates, so I'm trying to get those broken in. Is there anything you guys want to hear about? Let us know and we'll try to answer. Todd will be by to say hi soon and we'll tell you what we've been up to this summer. Have a great week!

Hi Everybody,
Thanks for your messages. Its great to hear that some of you will be at Kurt's show. It should be a great one! We always love to skate in Canada. Todd's mom is Canadian and he has a lot of family there. Also, as some of you know the audiences are awesome there. They've asked us to skate two numbers that we've done before."Makin Whoopee" and "I'm Your Man." We're looking forward to doing both of these numbers again because they are both a lot of fun. "I'm Your Man" is definately one of our favorites to perform. "Makin Whoopee" we've only done once so maybe you haven't seen it yet. We choreographed it last summer with Lea Ann Miller. Working with Lea Ann is always special for us because of the programs she's done for us in the past. The first program she did for us (Nessun Dorma) we received six 6.0's(1995 Nationals) and the last amateur program she did (Chopin) we won the short program at World's with. She also choreographed "True Companion." We first did that number the year we got married(1995). So, as you can see she's been very special in our career. Anyway, I'll be back soon. I have to tell you about our summer and our new Stars on Ice number. Have a great day and a great weekend.

Hi Everybody!
We are very excited that we have an "official" website! Thank you so much to Cassie and Erica for all their hard work! Thanks and welcome to everyone who has been visiting. We are very much looking forward to having a place where we can interact with our fans. You guys are the best! Without you we wouldn't be able to do what we love.
We've had a great summer and hope all of you have too!
Next week will kick off the skating season for us at the "Burt Bacharach" special in San Jose, California. This is one of those shows where the music is given to us, so these will be "one time" numbers. The cool thing is that the music is live. There is always a special energy and connection between the skaters and the performers and the audience seems to feel it too. Anyway, we will let you know how it goes. It'll deinitely be great to see some of our friends!
I'll be back soon to tell you what else we've been up too.
