It was very cool we had our ultrasound in July and found out that we are having a BOY! He is really an active little guy and we just can't wait to meet him. We are in the process of decorating the nursery and trying to decide on his name. The name part is difficult, but we have it narrowed down to a few that we really like. We're thinking about not telling anyone his name until he's born just in case we change our minds. Anyway, there has to be some surprise. Todd was busy painting his room this weekend and we've already got the bedding, crib etc. The bedding is so cute. We got it at Pottery Barn Kids and it's called "Island Patchwork." It's a palm tree, surf board, beachy theme. I've been trying to decide on a stroller, car seat, highchair etc. There are so many things out there it's hard to figure out which ones are the best. I'm open to any advice. Anyway, enough of my rambling. I hope you are all enjoying the end of summer. Take care,

SURPRISE

BIG NEWS!!
We wanted to announce it here first! We are expecting a baby on December 3rd. We are very excited and looking forward to becoming parents.
Sorry we haven't posted in a while, but we wanted to wait and share the news with all of you. We still want to perform after the baby comes, but of course we are just enjoying this time in our lives right now. Thank you so much for all of your support!!

Hi everybody,
I just wanted to say a quick hello. We're just here at home teaching and working on some home projects. Todd started school today. He goes to Cal state Fullerton and takes a class whenever he can. He really wants to get his degree. With our travel schedule it's not very easy to get the classes he needs. He'll just keep plugging away and sooner or later he'll graduate. Later this week we're going to watch the gymnastics Olympic trials in Anaheim. I can't wait! I love watching gymnastics. Have a great week and I'll be back soon.

Happy summer everybody

Hi,
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying some warmer weather. We definately are. We've been all over the place in the last month. I went to Cleveland to visit my family and then we took a vacation to Maui. It was beautiful and very relaxing. We were pretty lazy and didn't do much of anything but veg by the pool.
This past week Todd was in Pittsburgh with David and Jamie at a golf tournament. He was David's caddy and had a great time. He was like a kid telling me about all the people he met( Michael Jordan, Lou Holtz, Emmit Smith etc.) Todd is a huge sports fan so it was totally cool for him.
Besides all of our travels we are now teaching our first official pair team(Brandon Larcom & Alex Hill) It's a lot of fun but also quite challenging. Alex has never skated pairs so she has a lot to learn and we have a lot to teach. They recently took their first 2 pair tests (preliminary and juvenile). They will take their intermediate test at the end of the month. We also work with some of the other kids in the rink but not as the official coaches.Teaching is keeping us busy and we are definately enjoying it. At the end of June we will be teaching in Ft. Collins, CO. for a week. Anyway, enough of my rambling. Take care everybody and enjoy the summer!

Sorry it's been so long

Hi everybody,
I'm so sorry I haven't written in such a long time. Today I am officially on vacation. We did our last show of the season this weekend in Colorado Springs. Todd is actually going to be training with a girl at our rink for the next few weeks to take her through her Sr. pair test. I'll be there for moral support. His vacation will start on May 29th. He's definately counting down. I hope everyone is doing well. We are very much enjoying our time at home. We've had quite a heat wave here over the last few weeks and we have no air conditioning. The house has been hot,hot,hot! Anyway, I'm looking forward to visiting my family later this week in Cleveland. I'll tell you all about my nephews (A.J. & Stevie) when I get back. I'm sure you remember them from my earlier posts. I promise to post again soon. Gotta run! Take care,
